Program Terms
These terms cover how the Viewnot affiliate program works. The program is operated by Viralux Media. By participating, you agree to the terms below.
Who can be an affiliate
The program is currently invite-only while we ramp up. If you're interested, drop your email on the program page — we'll reach out as applications open. We expect to prioritize Whatnot sellers and creators who already use Viewnot, but acceptance is at our discretion.
What's commissionable
Affiliates earn 20% recurring commission on the following plans, paid for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed:
- Seller plan ($199/month)
- Spy plan ($49/month)
Commission applies to net subscription revenue (after refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees) and continues for the lifetime of the subscription. There is no cap on total earnings or referral count.
Attribution and cookie window
We use last-touch attribution with a 60-day cookie window. If a visitor clicks your referral link and subscribes within 60 days — and no other affiliate's link was clicked more recently — the referral is credited to you.
What's not commissionable
- One-time purchases
- Self-referrals (using your own affiliate link to subscribe)
- Subscriptions that are refunded, charged back, or canceled within the refund window
- Subscriptions purchased before the affiliate link was clicked
- Referrals tied to fraudulent, misleading, or spam-driven traffic
Payouts
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or Wise with a $50 minimum payout threshold. Balances under the threshold roll over to the next month. You're responsible for any taxes owed on commissions received.
Promotion guidelines
You may promote Viewnot on your own channels — content, social posts, email lists, communities you operate. You may not:
- Bid on Viewnot, Viralux, or related trademarks in paid search
- Run paid ads that misrepresent the product or its pricing
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing your affiliate link
- Use coupon, cashback, or deal sites without prior written approval
- Make claims about earnings, results, or features that aren't accurate
Termination
Viralux Media reserves the right to remove an affiliate from the program at any time, including for fraud, misrepresentation of the product, violations of these terms, or any conduct that harms the Viewnot brand or its users. Unpaid commissions earned legitimately before termination will still be paid out.
Changes to the program
We may change commission rates, the cookie window, eligible plans, or these terms with reasonable notice. Material changes won't reduce commissions already earned, but they may apply to future referrals.
